01

Visual Strategy

Website is a great tool for brands to tell their story and showcase what makes them exclusive to the world. We believe that each website needs to have its own tone of voice that blends with brand visual elements to transmit its message to target audience correctly and effectively. During the web design process, we apply the brand identity elements strategically to create adhesive experience, which allows the website to reflect each state of the brand, stories and goals.

02

Productiveness

Web design process evokes a consistent website that reflects the brand strategy, visual and verbal identity of the brand.

What does our Web Design process look like? (+)

01

Project Discovery

The fundamental step of web design is defining the project. We focus on identifying existing problems and solutions, unique value proposition and your targer users. We analyze competitors to find what to embrace and what to avoid and establish project priorities for design and development. After we've confirmed the project plan with stakeholders, we start researching about project requirements, market, competitors and target users. At the end of this stage, we will have user personas, key use cases, competitive analysis, current pain points, business goals and industry best practices.

02

Ideation & Information Architecture (IA)

We start to generate as many design ideas as possible based on our research findings. Then, we create an Information Architecture, which is used to define the structure of the product as well as features and hierarchy. From this, we create navigation labels, site map for clear classification. Based on the site map, we create wireframes, which are visual guides that show the organization of a website pages without any styling, color or graphics.

03

Prototype

A prototype is an interactive demonstration of a website that allows clients to experience what the website will look like with links and functions manifested. We build and present prototype via Figma which provides powerful prototyping and communicating features among stakeholders, designers, developers and copywriters. We use a prototype to gather feedback from stakeholders early in the project stage before moving into making final product.

04

User Interface (UI) Design

At this stage, we start to create visual components of a website. we guarantee that our UI design solutions will go along with your brand identity and bring your brand and website to life harmoniously. We create mood board to get visual direction and visual language after discussing with you about your company's needs and wants. With the decision made, we jump into creating essential UI assets for a website. It can include fonts, colors, icons, patterns, cards, photos, illustration or animations based on what we agreed on. And don't worry, you are going to get the style guide and UI kits in your hands from us for your future reference.

05

User Testing

When we reach to this stage, this means we are so close to launching but it's not done yet. We make sure the product works properly without any issue so we pay attention to find any bugs or inconsistencies. User testing is for us to observe and analyze how users interact with the product, which gives us very important insights about the product. We will need to visit other stages to make some iterations to fix the problems based on the user testing.

What are the timeframes? (+)

When it comes to web design, we usually take 3-6 months based on how complex your website is. We take enough time to dig out information and research before jumping into design. Without this stage, you are going to have poor design planning. Decisions made based on poor planning will eventually cost your business much more time and resources. Our timeframes also include testing and making right iterations to build the best website for your users to engage with your brand powerfully.

How exactly and how often will we communicate? (+)

It's not a problem anymore to communicate beyond time zones (and social distancing) these days because we have effective communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, Loom, Trello as well as email. We give a presentation of results at the end of each stage through different tools depending on the needs.

We can have meetings via zoom to follow up on a fornightly basis but to save time for both sides, we recommend to have check-ins when it's necessary. We can still communicate to present the results and updates through various ways effectively.
